President John Mathis Elected to Board; Dave Schroeder Elected Executive Chairman

R.S. Hughes has announced the election of President John Mathis to its Board of Directors and David Schroeder as Executive Chairman. The elections took place in the spring of 2025. 

Mathis’ appointment reflects the Board’s confidence in his leadership, vision and deep understanding of R.S. Hughes’ business and culture.  

“I’m honored to serve on the Board and look forward to working closely with this group to help guide R.S. Hughes’ continued success,” Mathis said.   

Schroeder has been a valued Board member since 2012 and brings extensive industry experience and insight to this new leadership role.
